The Largest Self Catering Cottage, the three bedroom is particularly suited to those with mobility needs.  It has an open plan living kitchen, dining room, one double room and two twin rooms.  There are two ensuite shower rooms and one wet room with a whirlpool bath & extra WC.

Full Category 1 Disabled Access - This cottage meets all the guidelines for unassisted wheelchair use with  under sink space, low level light switches, cupboard handles and cooking surfaces and many other mobility features.

The next step

Once you have made contact with us either by email, filled in the booking enquiry form (to the right) or just telephoned, we’ll confirm availability price and deposit required.  You are then sent a written confirmation with our conditions attached.  Book for only £420/wk on special off-season offer!

On arrival

You’ll be offered help with your luggage and given a warm welcome, shown around a pre-heated cottage and made and served tea/coffee and cake. We’ll leave milk in fridge along with a variety of teas/coffee/choc drinks to choose from later. Expect to have fresh flowers or flowering plants (depending on time of year) in the lounge. And, should you wish, we can advise on the best places to shop, eat, drink and generally point out the local amenities, restaurants and pubs and make you feel very welcome and answer any other questions you may have. We’ll try and ensure you have all the information you need to get your stay off to a flying start.   We offer also a secure place for sports equipment.  A drying room is available for all our sporting guests for wet jackets/boots if you want to fish in Bervie Bay or the River North Esk.

Fully equipped and everything included

You’ll find all the equipment you need for this self catering home from home with 32” Flat screen TV/DVD and sound system and the rates are comprehensive covering all linen, heating and lighting, private parking.  We don't provide baby linen but we do offer a stair gate and high chair.  A £75 good housekeeping deposit is requested on arrival (no extra charge for the pet).  We are on hand at the farm and are keen to help your stay go well.
